Rick & Dianne Rogers - Managers
Rick Rogers has been involved with minor sports in Manitoba for over three decades. He has been a coach and a manager for hockey, football and baseball teams and he has also been part of numerous councils and committees in conjunction with these sports. Rick has been managing hockey teams at the AAA level in excess of a dozen years. This season will mark the eleventh season in which Rick as managed hockey at the AAA Provincial Midget Level with three of those years being with the Winnipeg Warriors and the previous seven seasons with the Winnipeg Wild.
In addition to his managerial duties with the Wild, Rick is also a member of the Winnipeg AAA Minor Hockey Council and currently holds the position of Assistant Treasurer on Council.
Dianne Rogers joined the Wild five years ago as the Assistant Manager to Rick. Although she had been involved in a support role previous to this and had been with the Wild since its inception in 2003, she has over the past years assisted Rick and has also assumed his duties during the few times that Rick was not able to be present for a home or road game.
The tandem of Rogers & Rogers prides themselves on being not only extremely organized and efficient but also fiscally responsible to ensure that the ever escalating costs associated with the sport of minor hockey is kept at a manageable level.
